the red jezebel garden
This page is called "Links". Very creative title I thought, personally. I mean, it's not cliche or anything, it's just so original! Totally not done before! Totally out of this world!

Anyway, they're links to pages of groovy bands and other Red Jezebel related sites. Have fun site-seeing (OK. I admit. A lame joke. But it's late. And I'm still writing this thingy. OK. I'll stop now. Save the next paragraph, OK?).

If you have a site, feel free to ask me to link to it. I would request, however that you link back... but anyway, have fun getting as far away from this site as you can!

These aren't in alphabetical order, by the way.

Halflight. The label Red Jezebel's signed to. A very cool label at that. Drop in... it has some good pictures of the band.

Fluffy Diamond's Red Jezebel Site - The other white meat. This site is just as good as this one (save the red on black colour scheme) and it's a great place to visit regularly. Fluffy Diamond rocks!

The Paul Wood Appreciation Society. Paul Wood and Jarvis Cocker are given serious crap at this site. These two people are not the sort of fans you want - they're too obsessive... like paparazzi... honestly...: )

Fragile Girl. Another good Red Jezebel site. Not, I might add, as good as this one :P Has funky guitar tabs.

Popstar. Cool Perth local E-zine based on the Perth music scene. Different to Bubblehead, but just as good.

Bubblehead. A great local E-zine based on the Perth music scene. Top notch content. Groovy stuff, kids... different to Popstar, but just as good.

Big Day Out. Red Jez Woz Ere 99 (In Perth anyway).

Hotel-Motel Jebediah. I was in year 9. Recovery brought them to my school. EP "Twitch" was thrown at the crowd. I caught it. Yes they rock. They did win a big fan that day. Also at the Big Day Out 99 (see above).

Triple J. Australian Youth Radio Network. Plays Red Jez on occasion.

UBL. Ultimate Band List. Great site for links to almost any band you can think of!!!

Mono. An Australian band list. Much like UBL but Oz only. Highly reccomended.

RTR FM. Perth community radio station known to play Red Jezebel quite often.

Hell. Simple, really. One-stop nightmare at the end of a circular train line. Welcome to your destiny... (maniacal laughter)

Other Perth Bands
Eskimo Joe. The second best Perth band of recent times, with thier EP Sweater being one of Triple J's faves, with the title track scoring well in last year's Hottest 100. Similar to Beaverloop. This site is a complete guide to the band.

Hotel-Motel Jebediah. I was in year 9. Recovery brought them to my school. EP "Twitch" was thrown at the crowd. I caught it. Yes they rock. They did win a big fan that day. Also at the Big Day Out 99 (see above). Due to thier national success, they're not strictly local anymore...

Love Camp 7. Also up there with the best of Perth. This page serves as a complete guide to the band, with lyrics etc, much like here but with cooler animated gifs :)

John Butler. Beautiful solo guitar singer/songwriter. Not a rock god or anything, but could be up there soon

Beaverloop. Now signed to Murmur, these Perth lads just released thier very funky Fingle containing Spring Is Here Again, a Triple J fave. Look for the new album, Resistance Is Useful in April.

For a complete listing of groovy Perthians, go to Bubblehead's links section.
