You want to help Planète Indie™ ?
Here are a few suggestions ...

Planète Indie™ is your show. We want to help you building yourself a name, a reputation, an audience, ...
Fortunately, I do not earn a penny (or a cent) for this (I'd even loose money, but what's money when one loves ?) : I am completely driven by the willing to help artists/labels, and by the pleasure to discover and to share good music with my listeners.
But, I also need you : to do this in the most convenient manner, it is necessary for me to gain support directly from artists/labels/managers/promo agencies/... One important way of helping me is sending promo copies of records, because I really cannot afford to buy.
Be sure to read our policy & guidelines towards promos before sending anything.
If you agree with what is stated, you should keep the following pieces of advice in mind before sending :

• Copy and paste the address of the show on the main page to be sure it is correct.
  
  

• If you are outside the European Union, please do not forget to put the "green paper" (CN22, old C1) on the package, indicating the content is either "gift" or "commercial sample", rather than "merchandise". Also, declare a null value, or a value inferior to 20 US$. This should prevent your package from being taxed with heavy customs duties. More, if you package looks impressive, maybe you could split it in two, so that they can easier slip through the net (I am fed up with paying taxes, ...).
  
  

• As far as the format is concerned, cd is highly recommended, since it is the easiest media support for radio dj's to work with.

If you wonder why you should send something to me, here are a few good reasons (I also advise you to read the FAQ) :

• fisrt of all, it is good, free advertising for you : you are encouraged to mention in your mailings, newsletters, ads, ... that this or that artist gained attention from media and airplay in Europe, in Belgium, that this or that cd has been chosen as "cd of the week", elected "best indie cd of the year", ...
  Do not underestimate the impact of such things.
  Several labels have already profitted by this. You will here find very soon examples.
  

• You are now able to reach new audiences : several people have already told me their web site was visited by Belgian people after they were played, or received emails from Belgian fans ...
  

• But, the best way of making up your mind is to ask one or two of my "collaborators" why they wanted to be part of it. There are at present time more than four hundred labels and artists who joined me for this adventure. They are isolated artists, small or more important labels, promotion agencies, ...
  

• Finally, I'd say that, from your point of view, sending two or three (or more) cd's to Belgium shouldn't lead you to bankrupt; on my side, it helps me a lot to maintain this weekly show.
  As I wrote hereabove, this show gets NO financial support. It is even allergic to money : if you really want to help me, do not give money, but send records.
  

• Remember : you have no chance to be played if I have no record of you ...

1. Choose the banner you prefer to display.
   

2. Save it on your hard disk (right click it and choose "Save as..." to save it with the name and where you want to).
   

3. Put the correct html code tags in your file. You can use the following one :

   • "name.xxx" is the name and the extension (do NOT change the extension !) under which you save the banner. If you save it in another directory than your html file, you will have to indicate the full path to the location of the banner.
     

   • "Your comments" should be replaced by your own comments about Planète Indie™.
