Collective Soul has a new album out now (which you probably knew) titled Dosage. Ed Roland and Ross Childress did it again and proven once again that they are incredible song writers. Dosage is a little harder than Disiplined Breakdown. Overall I love this CD, and it's good to see that other band members are involved with the bands music. The only problem I have with this cd is the "Hidden Track" can only be played when you download some crap from the collective soul webpage. Other than that, I give it a good thumbs up.

Recently Collective Soul played a show in my hometown of Vancouver. They played two sold out shows on March 4 and March 5. The show rocked the house down. They really got into it, and so did the whole crowd. I would say it was just as good when they came to Vancouver in '97 to play in Edgefest. So my message to you is to GO SEE COLLECTIVE SOUL LIVE!!!!!!

Edgefest '97 at Thunderbird Stadium in Vancouver, B.C. was (to put in one word) awesome. Collective Soul kicked some major ass as did Glueleg, The Tea Party, Econoline Crush, and Our Lady Peace (yes, these are all Canadian bands). Actually, all the bands were awesome except for two bands and those bands were Silverchair and Sara Craig. Well I hope you were able to go to any one of the Edgefest dates across Canada and if were able to go to an Edgefest in Eastern Canada, you suck. You were able to see The Verve Pipe and us on the West Coast didn't. But we got to see Glueleg and Econoline Crush so i guess were even.
