Terry Butler, is one of the core players, in Death Metal history. He was the bass player, for the band Death. That was the band, that named this genre of music. After Death, he went on to the band Massacre, where he brought that personal style of his, that seems to enhance any band. After helping those two bands shine, he joined up with Barnes and West, as they were forming Six Feet Under. He fit perfectly into this mold of talent. His playing provided a great backdrop to West's guitar work. You can clearly hear the dark notes of his bass, emanating from the background on Haunted.
