1141 Elliot Smith, 10 May 00, The Ritz, Raleigh So life moves on. Simple stuff really. I'm a lot less nerve wracked than I was for the last entry. More carefree, more happy. </Frown> <Smile>. Hehe. The realization that a cold cup of coffee was left over from "breakfast". Getting praise at work for a job well done. Shamming out of PT so I could take a bonehead test of basic high school skills (PLDC req)...Small stuff, but they all add up. I'm actually having a good day so far. It was as I was hoping really--this Bodie incident was nothing more than a setback...not a crushing blow to my pysche. Things didn't work out...*oh well* I've picked myself up and dusted myself off. Tomorrow is, for all real intents and purposes, my last day of work until February. Friday is the company christmas party --half day, civilian clothes. Monday is a half day w/ the Bde Christmas Party that night. Tuesday I have off to recover from said party, and I sign out on leave and fly home for the holidays that evening. I get back from California for New Years (still not sure of my plans.), and then it's PLDC in January. Is that something that helps me smile? You damn
