God I am *sooo* having a nic fit. I quit about three months ago and have been good, for the most part...bummed a few out on the town a couple times...and that *cough *cough* 40 hours *cough* *cough* period of "revelation" on EQ I went through two packs to remain conscious...

Sigh...this music is probably not so good for abstaining....neither is the coffee currently brewing.

What kills is I know how this ends up...it's always "just this one cigarette" which turns into "well I've got a whole pack, may as well have one or two more", then it's "well I may as well finish the pack"...

Then of course, once that pack is finished, I always run out and buy another pack to replace it...and before you can say "boom! airborne!" (as my old mentor, SFC Wade, would say) it's back into the bowels of addiction.

big sigh of relef...whew the craving has passed. Just read through Bugs, a pj mailing list mainly based in europe...took my mind right off it :)

and my coffee is ready too!
