It was time for Robi to proyect himself as a international solo artist, so in 1993 he recirded his first spanish cd, Frío with Sony Records. His second album, Vagabundo, which gave him the opportunity to express himself as he really wanted, was released in 1996. Robi defines his music like a 'life style, my life style, creative and experimental with appreciation for the lyrics'. Then in 1998, he finally released his first english album, Songbirds and Roosters, which was recorded by the same time as 'Frío', but wasn't released in those days. Another aspect of this artist, which most people not know, is his ability to produce records and write songs for other artists. In addition of producing his own albums, in 1994 he was invited to c-produce and write some songs for the album "A Medio Vivir" and "Vuelve" by Ricky Martin. After the success of this albums, it wasn't a surprise that Robi was invited again to be part of Ricky's first english album which has has a tremendous international success.
