Excerpt from Schleprock interview
By Brad Gobdel

H: Are there any bands that you really like playing
with?
Sean: I would have liked to play with FEAR.
Jeff: Yeah! Well, we kind of played with FEAR, but that didn't really
happen because of the Nazi incident.
H: Can you expand on the "Nazi Incident?"
Sean: What kind of can of worms did I open? Well, we show up at this
gig and everything is seemingly cool, we met Lee Ving (of FEAR) at
soundcheck, that was great! All of a sudden all of these Nazis appear. And
before you know it the first band is on and the Nazis are Zeik Heiling the
band, talkin' shit to 'em and spitting on them. At that point we were wondering
what was gonna happen; the bouncers were starting to move to the front of
the stage and into the crowd. Finally we get on you know, we get spit at,
they threw water bottles and what ever they had. We got out of there, kind
of in a hurry.
Jeff: We played three songs and just quit.
Sean: We got out of there in a hurry. We found out a couple days
later that there was a big riot; I guess the guitar player from FEAR got
beat-up.
Jeff: Little did they (Nazis) know that FEAR had a black guitar player
at the time.
H: Oh shit! The Nazis didn't know about that.
Jeff: They didn't like that and they went off and beat him up. And
then he ended up beating someone up. And a bouncer got stabbed, or something.
H: That sounds pretty crazy.
Sean: Yeah, it was hairy dude, we didn't even know that it was gonna
turn out that serious.
Jeff: Yeah, we were just like, "Fuck these Nazis! We're out
of here." Then we hear about it later, and God, good thing we got out
of there quick. We probably would have gotten our asses beat. I wanted to
see FEAR and I didn't even get to fuckin' see them.
