"That's okay, but thanks anyway." He smiled. "I try my best to keep my girlish figure." He fluttered his eyelashes.

I smirked. "You're supremely weird and freakish."

"Thank you. I try."

"What else do you do besides basketball, jokes and insults?" I asked.

"Of course, I sing. I help others and I cook." He put up his hands. "But not very well, I warn you!"

"Your group is called Backstreet Boys, right? I forget because of all those Boy Bands out there. You know...N' Sync, 5ive, 98 Degrees, LFO..." He nodded. "I have another question," I said.

"Really, Ms. Walters? Do proceed!"

I laughed. "Whoa, heavy with the sarcasm. Anywho, when did you last have a girlfriend?"

"I guess a month ago," Brian responded.

"Do you like my sister?"

"Like as a friend or as a girlfriend?" He took another bite of his noodle dish.

"Either."

"As a friend: Sort of. As a girlfriend: She's not my type," he admitted.

"Why?" I focused on his eyes which I admired for their charismatic appearance.

"To tell you the truth, she's an air head. I know it sounds cruel, but she is so, like, totally Valley! OH-MY-GOD!" he imitated.

I agreed. She was the perfect image of a Valley Girl. Expensive clothing, ditzy personality, annoying, high-pitched voice, the "lingo" and the gestures.
