» CHAPTER TWO «

When they arrived the girls all piled out, thanked Kathy’s mom and walked towards the court.

"We’re walking too slow lets go you old farts!!" Kathy yelled and took off. They all raced towards the court. Kathy suddenly stopped and the girls all crashed into her and they fell in a big pile to the ground.

"Hey, whatcha do that for?" Nicole whined.

"Cause we felt the need to stop suddenly, why else would we do that!" Ashley exclaimed sarcastically.

"Well if you looked you would have seen 5 guys already there playing b-ball!" Kathy interrupted before a fight started.

The girls looked up when they heard chuckling to find five guys standing over them.

"Need some help there ladies?" they heard one of the guys ask. Kathy looked up to find the most beautiful blue eyes that she had ever seen gazing down at her.

"You’re . . . You’re . . . You’re . . . You’re Nick Carter!" she gasped. And Nick chuckled at her reaction.

"Yes well thank you for clearing that up for me, I wasn’t too sure who I was today," said Nick joking.

"Yes well sometimes she has problems remembering things, but she sure remembers you!" said Ashley sarcastically.

"Hey Nick! " the girls heard the other guys say, "You going to introduce us to your lovely find?!" The girls all gasped as the guys came forward and they were able to see their faces.

"Hi, I’m Kathy and these two girls are Ashley and Nicole," said Kathy when she found she could speak again.

"Well are you going to help us fine beauties up or not and leave us to sit here?" said Ashley.

Nick flushed red and shyly offered his hand to Kathy as the rest of the guys came forward to help the other two.

"Hello," Nicole and Ashley said in unison.

"I’m Nicole and this is Ashley," Nicole introduced them both.

"Well since you are here would you like to play some b-ball with us?" Kevin asked of the girls.

The girls all looked at each other amazed and then eagerly nodded their heads. So the game began . . .

On team one was Nick, Kathy, Brian and Ashley on team two was Nicole, Kevin, Howie, and AJ.
