» CHAPTER NINETEEN «

Alexis turned and hopped into the bus, whistling a faint tune. She smiled as she noticed Brian sitting at the small meeting/breakfast table.

"Well hello there smiley. What seems to have perked you up so much this early?" Brain asked laughing a little at her child like demeanor.

"Well," Alexis grinned "I’m on a mission and I need my partner in crime’s help." Brian looked at her questioningly then laughed.

"What do I need to do? And if it involves a dress and some sailors I’m out."

"I need you to play along with something. And Brian I was sixteen, I needed an adult," she laughed. "Besides do you know how many guys wanted ya?" Brian grimaced as Alexis fell into hysterics. "Ok, I need you to cover up for Jazi with me. She’s gonna spend the night on the Nsync bus." Brian looked at her disapprovingly. "Nothing like that, our friend Sky is gonna be there. I just need you to help me cover for her a little."

"How so?" Brian asked eating a spoonful of his eggs.

"First off do not tell Jay or her bro that she's on their bus and last, don’t tell 'em till it’s too late." She grinned as Brian nodded slowly.

"You owe me honey, big time you know this."

"I know, I know. I am forever in your debut," she mocked rolling her eyes. He laughed and started to tickle her.

"Oh yeah, think you’re hot stuff huh?" he laughed as she began to giggle and squirm around in the booth. Alexis began to fight back and was winning over him when suddenly she lost her balance and fell out of the booth.

Brian fell on top of her on the floor. As he sat up their faces were inches apart. The silence of the empty bus soon became known as they stared lustfully into eachothers eyes. Brian saw something in her eyes he had never seen before. The innocence of a child, yet the passion of a woman. He slowly lowered his face to hers, and kissed her rose-colored lips tenderly.
