Singles -

Dream feat. P Diddy & Kain - This Is Me (Remix)
I can't lie, I sing along whenever this song comes on.  It just bumps.  It's a remix of the classic bad boy formula.  Take an old beat and Tada!  Hot song.

Mary J. Blige feat. Pharrell - Steal Away

In my opinion, the highlight of Mary's new album.  I can't get with Mary being happy, I need strung out, got drama Mary, ala My Life.  Not No More Drama Mary.  Anyway, this song is on some ol skool, what your parents listen to ish, and I'm diggin it.  Another one of those "Neptunes exceptions."

Deftones - Digital Bath
Some cat who came by my site, left me an email telling me that I should check this out.  And he was right, this song is NICE.  I was surprised.  I had heard one Deftones track before, and I wasn't impressed, but this is cool.  It found its way onto one of my mixes.

Michael Jackson feat. Chris Tucker - Rock My World
Finally, we get to hear something from the new album.  MJ comes nicely (a nice redeemage from Blood On The Dance Floor, that trash he called an album) on this Darkchild track.  He's set to blow back up ya'll, be on the lookout.

Mariah Carey - Didn't Mean To Turn You On
This song is the only song on her new album, Glitter, that I like.  The rest is just filler.  And I think the only reason why I like this song isn't because she singin' it, but because this is one of my all time favorite 80s songs.  Robert Palmer rocked this better, sorry Mariah.  But Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis took me back with all the 80ish drums and synths on the joint.

Nelly Furtado - Turn Off The Light
I've always liked this song, but this week, since I finally saw the video, I like it even more.  Nelly is dope, don't sleep on her.

Babyface - Stress Out
Man, I was dissapointed.  I thought Babyface's new album was gonna be hot.  Boy did I set myself up for dissapointment but, this song is an exception.  The Neptunes are tryna gain some points with me, because they actually puttin in work with there songs.

Albums -

Kelis - Wanderland
I copped this last week, and I've been listening ever since.  In my opinion, much better than her first.  My favorite song has to be "Flashback".  Very old school in it's vibe.  When I talk of the rare exceptions when the Neptunes do good things, this is one of them.

Bjork - Vespertine
I was a late bloomer when it came to Bjork, but Homogenic (one of her previous) is one of the cds I always have with me.  I was glad to get a hold of this, just to see what she came with next.  And she came oh so nice.  She and Timbaland really need to collaborate on something.

Playa - Cheers 2 U
Another one of my rediscoveries right here.  I hadn't heard this album in forever, so I decided to download it, and I'm glad I did.  Tim did some nice work on here.  I'm still kinda sad this album got overlooked.

Nsync - Celebrity
I can't hate on them like I do the rest of these randomly put together "man groups" (because they aren't boys, and they sure ain't bands), even though I wish they would just finally crossover and become RnB.  It's a pretty good album, so don't knock before you try.
Well, my music tastes ranges.  I don't limit myself when it comes to music.  I listen to everything from Missy and Jay-Z to Fiona Apple and Bjork.  The one thing I don't listen to is hard metal and most country, but sometimes a country song comes along that's hot and I can't help but bump it.
Check back here periodically, because the list will be changing like every two weeks or so..
