FAQ

So, when's it coming out?
When it's done. Which will not be soon, mind you.

Okay, so give me some sort of ETA.
I'm sorry, I only answer things in the form of a question.

Fine. Be a bastard. Can you give me some sort of ETA?
That's better. Yeah, I'd figure in about...a year? Longer than any normal internet attention span, I guarantee that, but hey, maybe I'll pick up a few fans along the way. Probably not though.

What inspired you to make this game?
Actually, it was an old RM95 game called SSBRPG. I played that and thought to my self "Hey, people actually make GOOD games with this thing!" At that point, RM2003 was the latest version, so I tried with that. It starred a cow who turned into a ninja during battle because I was too lazy to make a cow battle animation. I realized, though, that I didn't really like the side battle system, so I gave up the project at that point.

I'm going to pretend I'm actually interested and ask when you started out the project again.
Though that's not technically a question, since it refers to one, I'll let it slide. I restarted the project when I heard about RMXP, which was mid 2005. I downloaded a translated version (Postality Knights) and started working on an RPG with a character I created long ago, Billy. I made some progress, and when I heard that Enterbrain had actually released an official English version, I immediately downloaded the demo. At that point, I was using Phylomortis' custom text script so I could put more text into each box, but the official version has a much MUCH smaller text box, so though the text entered already was fine, I couldn't edit it or add anything new. This was really quite discouraging, seeing as how I had to go back and reformat ALL of the text I'd put in the game to fit the new standards.

Since you seem to be very egotistical, I'll just let you ramble on. Excuse me while I make a cheese sandwich.

About a month ago (which would be June of '06), I was re-inspired to do the RPG. I bought the official version and reformatted all the text. I'm just now getting back into the actual meat of the game, and I'm working on my second town and first dungeon. Expect a demo....eventually.

Thmmmrph mrhf shmf rmmmsh?
Say it, don't spray it.

Sorry. Do you have anything else interesting to say?
No, not really. You're excused.

Thanks.
No problem.
