Note going without food or water is very uncomfortable or painful and causes the body to age.

Temperature ranges for survival are -200 to 10000 degrees Celsius.

Can hold his breath about 13.89 hours.

equivilant punching strength:

55 tons of force in each punch can compensate for 110 tons of force applied to his body.

Superman can generate 110 tons or 979 kilonewtons of force and has the ability to extend his aura around supertanker sized objects shielding it from the effects of gravity and allowing him to apply the 110 tons of force uniformly to the objects full surface area.

Superman must be careful to build the speed of the object up to the needed orbital velocity or it will fall out of space.

Orbit velocity at 1000 kilometers 7.35 km/s= 26640 km/hr.

For large massive objects it will be faster to push the object far from Earth then carefully apply sideways motion and then guide it into a eccentric orbit.

WARNING
The model used to calculate the orbiting time starts to break down when it takes longer than 48 hours because superman has time to push the spaceship well past a 1000 km orbit  into deep space and then use Earth's gravitational pull to put it into orbit.

Is a extra sense not based on the use of actual X-rays, but is believed to be an aspect of his energized extradimensional kryptonian aura.  Superman's X vision is limited to a maximum range of 1000 Km.

His X vision is blocked by  lead or any solid element with an atomic number higher than lead at point blank range 7.7 mm of lead is needed, at 100 km 7 mm will block his X vsion and at 1000 km only 0.7 mm is needed.

an aura based form functional over planetary distances "speaking" and "listening" telepathy with well known individuals.

Healing

Ability to sense with aura attacks on small groups of cells or general tissues and try to defend against these attacks can usually sense the changes in cells caused by viruses or cancers.  Has trouble with changes that cause extremely extremely slow changes in his aura.

SR= Superman's Reserve and is equal to the SA value

Represents a simple percentage comparison to the amount of solar energy superman's kryptonian aura traps, in his case superman's aura will hold enough trapped energy to allow him to “TAP” a higher dimensional power source for 100 days before he needs to again be exposed to the light spectra of a yellow dwarf star. On average near sea level SR recharges at the rate of one SR level per four hours of unclouded sunlight. Going into orbit where the light density is higher allows recharging at the rate of 1 SR per 15 minutes.

Contrary to popular belief the energy for superman's powers does not come directly from the trapped or stored solar energy instead the higher energy spectra of a yellow dwarf star interacts with his protective kryptonain aura and allows him to TAP energy from a higher dimension superman has a 100SA “TAP”
