ShinGan
Techniqually Usui's ShinGan dosn't really count as a waza, but I thought it was a special technique plus the fact the Usui also has a spear and tinbei technique yet it was given no name. In that case I had to call this section of waza the ShinGan. Originally Usui fights using a Rochin and iron base ball combination, later he uses a Rochin and Tinbei combination. Usui also fights using a technique called ShinGan which replaces Usui's sense of sight. This is a good thing since Usui is blinded (see profile) and needs a substitue for the lose of his sight. Basically the Shingan is an advacne sense of Hearing. Though it may seem useless the ShinGan can tell the state an opponent is in and where he/she will attack from making any sense hidden attack or plan completly exposed.
Special Waza-
ShinGan-

ShinGan isn't some ultimate attack or even an attack itself. ShinGan is a sense of hearing and making instant judgements from what you hear. It basically is an advance sense of Hearing, by listening the sounds of how someone's muscles are contracting Usui can judge where the opponent wil stirke and when. Also by listening to the sound of the persons heartbeat Usui can judge the state of mind the person is in.
Rochin Combination-
The Rochin combination is performed with a Rochin(Spear) and an Iron Base Ball or a Tinbei(Turtle Shield). First Usui would let someone attack then Usui would block the attack using his Iron Base then deflect it making the opponent open for a couple of seconds then Usui would strike them. If the base was destroyed he would revert to the Tinbei and do the same as the Iron Base except that the Tinbei blocks the line of sight of the opponent making it unpredictable when Usui would attack and the Tinbei shield is nearly impenetrable giving Usui the perfect defense.
Standard Sub-Waza's-
Myouken myougoku hyakka ryuoran-
This technique is performed by Usui slashing several times in combination with his Rochin and Iron Base. This attack is a multi-slash combo basically. A strong move to someone of a weak fighting potential but to a skilled swordsman this attack is nothing special and can be easily dodged.
