1937 First prize in drawing at the Quebec Provincial Exposition.

1966-69 Supervision of art workshops at Pierre-Janet Hospital, Hull. Discovery
of tapestry.

1967-68 Attendance at studio of the painter Pierre Debain in Hull.

1970-71 Initiation workshops in tapestry; member of the Creative Tapestry
Association of Ottawa; exhibition of tapestries at the Galeries Saint-Paul
in Old Montreal and at the Galerie du Centre du livre at the National Arts
Centre, Ottawa.

1974 Exhibition of tapestries at the Ottawa City Hall.

1975 Participation in the exhibition of the Creative Tapestry Association,
at the Museum of Man, Ottawa.

1978 Personal exhibition at "Artistes au féminin" (feminine artists)
in the Galerie Rodrigue LeMay, Ottawa; first prize obtained from the Creative
Tapestry Association.

1980 Personal exhibitions at Place du Centre, Hull, at the Ottawa City Hall
and at the Maison du Citoyen in Hull; on December 6, the daily newspaper
Le Droit of Ottawa devoted its whole first page of its "Cahier des arts"
section to Suzanne Pinsonnault tapestries, with comments by Marthe Lemery.

1981 Participation to the Biennale de la Nouvelle Tapisserie du Québec,
Montreal.

1985 Burglary in the Ripon studio: four tapestries were stolen : Un coin de mon
pays (a corner of my country) 183 x 114 cm, Le vent du nord (the north wind)
84 x 74 cm, Mon Pays c'est l'hiver (my country is the winter), 54 x 61 cm, Demain
l'hiver (the winter arrives) 41 x 31 cm.
