Here a close-up of the left rear lander leg (all of four are identical) and the rear engine exhausts. Note the shortened support strut between the Landing Pod and the Engineering Compartment. This needs to be cut down to half its original length, plus glue tabs, to fit.
This is what the underside looks like. The thrusters are not placed exactly as on the "real" Eagle Transporter, but since the Landing Pods are no longer filled with landing gear I placed the vertical thrusters there. Plenty of space for fuel &c, and the greater spacing increases stability.
Front view of the craft. The Landing Pods of this version are quite a bit larger than on the original Eagle, but that gives it a certain "muscular" impression, doesn't it? Note that the Command Module have no support struts.
