quick "Moon Prism Power Make-up!" The Moon Prism glows and Chibi-usa's clothes change into her fuku.
"Moon Crisis Make-up!" Two lockets appear before you as their fronts come off revealing the crystals inside. The crystals glow brightly as Usagi and Chibi-usa shout, "Moon Crisis Make-up!" Usagi and Chibi-usa are covered in ribbons. The finish with Chibi-usa almost kissing Usagi on the cheek and they fall to a background of a rainbow coloured moon.
Manga "Crisis Make-up" Usagi shouts "Crisis Make-up" while holding the Holy Grail high. Suddenly a 2nd Holy Grail appears for Chibi-usa and they become Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibimoon.
"Pink Moon Crystal Power Make-up!" ピンク ムーン クリスタレ パワ メイクアップ Chibi-usa throws her hand into the air and magically becomes Sailor Star ChibiMoon! The Asteriod senshi then fall around her to protect her. (Manga)

Luna-P Henge This is Chibi-usa's ability to manipulate the Luna-P. She can create objects as well as do numerous things with the Luna-P, all of which are completely harmless except in the Manga, she created the Pink Sugar Rod. "Time Guardian! Tear apart the sky and open the space-time door to me! I call the true name of the almight god of time, the time guardian's father! Cronos! Reveal to me the path of light!" Chibi-usa holds up the Time Key and opens the portal to return to the 30th Century. "Pink Sugar Heart Attack" ピンク シェガー ハート アタック She holds up her Pink Sugar Rod and spins around. A blast of hollowed hearts hits her target in the chin!
"Onegai Pegasusu! Minna yume o mamote! Twinke Yell!" おねがい ペガスス みんあ ゆめ お まもおて タウィンケ エッル it translates as, "Please Pegasus! Protect our dreams!" Anyhow.. Chibi-usa bows her head holding the Crystal Clarrion in her hands. She says the little "prayer" to Pegasus and spins as the Crystal Clarrion rings itself. Pegasus appears in the air and powers Sailor Moon up. (Anime Only!)
Double "Moon Gorgeous Meditation" ChibiMoon and Sailor Moon put the Kalieda Moon Scopes together. A burst of energy comes from both and destroys all their targets!
"Pink Lady Freeze Kiss!" ピンク レデイーズ ファリージング キッス ChibiMoon gathers the powers of the Asteriod Senshi in her hand. She then releases a huge blast of energy into her target. (Manga w/Asteriod Senshi only!)
Double "Starlight Honey Moon Therapy Kiss!" ChibiMoon holds a Chibi-Tier just like Sailor Moons. They both release a healing energy which heals Hotaru (Manga Only).
History: Chibi-usa first appeared from the future and she landed on Mamo-chan and Usagi-chan while they were kissing. She replaced Usagi and ended up kissing Mamo-chan on the lips! Usagi of course got REALLY mad and started to attack Chibi-usa. Chibi-usa responded with hostility, from then on her and Usagi didn't get along very well. Chibi-usa informed Mamo-chan of her name and Mamo-chan thought it would be too confusing to have two Usagi's so he gave Chibi-usa the nickname, Chibi-usa! Chibi-usa soon found out Usagi had the ginzuishou that she was after and attacked Usagi with a gun from her Luna-P for it. When Chibi-usa discovers that Usagi is Sailor Moon she is totally surprised, but soon gets over the shock. Later she convinces the senshi to help her save her mother. She uses the Time Key and appears infront of the Gates of Time where Pluto stands gaurd. Pluto opens the gates of time and lets the senshi pass. Speech: "Ai to seigi no seeraa fuku bishoujo senshi minarai Seeraa ChibiMuun! Mirai no tsuki ni kawattte oshikyo!"
