Henshins:
"Mars Power Make-up!" She holds up her henshin pen and fire comes from the symbol of Mars. The fire circles around her and creates her high heels and her fuku. A blast of fire springs forth and in its wake stands, Sailor Mars!
"Mars Star Power Make-up!" She holds up her henshin pen and the symbol of mars glows brightly. Fire springs from it and it circles around her as before. Once it has finished, Sailor Mars stands there with the symbol of Mars in the background.
"Mars Planet Power! Make-up!" She holds up her hand and she suddenly becomes Sailor Mars. (Manga)
"Mars Crystal Power Make-up!" She holds up her henshin stick and the symbol of Mars joins with a little crossbow with an arrow in it (it looks like the symbol of sagitarius). The symbol of Mars then jumps out and as before fire spins around her. As she finishes the crossbow and arrow appears behind her.
Attacks:
"Fire Soul" She forms a gun shape in with her hands. A ball of fire appears on the tip of her fingers and a stream of fire blasts out.
Multiple Target "Fire Soul" Mars spins around as fire spins around her. When she stops spinning all her targets are engulfed in a powerful inferno.
"Akuryou Taison" She holds up an ofuda (charm) and begins to chant. As she chants the ofuda stands straight up and glows brightly. She releases the ofdua and it flies onto the target's forehead stunning them.
Multiple Target "Akuryou Taison" Mars holds up one ofuda and a wall of ofuda appear around her. The ofuda fly off and hit all her target's on their forehead.
Original "Fire Soul Bird" Mars holds up an ofuda and begins to chant like "Akuryou Taison." She then forms her fingers into a gun shape and a firey bird springs from her finger tips. The bird flies through the ofuda and smashes into her target.
"Fire Soul Bird" similar to "Fire Soul" only a firey bird comes from her finger tips.
"Burning Mandala" Mars spins around creating a huge circle of fire around her. The fire fades and Japanese symbols appear in its place. She holds her hands out infront of her and the symbols go into her hands. Then 3 rings of fire appear in her hand forming a triangle. She then sends the firey rings at her target.
"Mars Snake Fire" Mars crosses her arms and a snake of fire springs from it. The snake burns her target. (Manga)
"Mars Flame Sniper!" Mars creates a bow of fire and an arrow. She points the arrow at her target and lets it fly into her target.
General History: When Rei was young she moved to the Hiwaka Shrine and lived with the grandfather. She had very few friends except for her crow compaignions that she strangely named Phobus and Deimos (the 2 Moons of Mars). Rei always went to the T.A. Girls School (a private school that has all the levels of Japanese School). Rei always wanted to be a pristess and worked hard for it. Other girls found this strange and always made fun of Rei-chan for her choice, but Rei stuck too it.
Anime History: Rei lived this lonely and secluded life and happily enjoyed it until the senshi (Moon and Mercury at this time) came to the Hiwaka Shrine. When they were investigating the shrine Luna noticed something in Rei that remind her of the power of Mars, so Luna left Rei the henshin pen of Mars. When the Senshi came around to fight the evil (one of Jaedites Youma), Luna instructed Rei on how to henshin. Rei did so and helped the senshi destroy the youma.
Rei helped the senshi even when though she didn't agree that Usagi should lead them. She surprised everyone, including Usagi when she stuck up for Usagi after Usagi remembered that she was the Moon Princess. Even though Rei doubted Usagi's leadership skills, she agreed that Usagi was destined to be the their leader and she couldn't contest it.
