LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD

SWEDISH MUSEUM SINGERS

MUSIC DIRECTOR:

Sarah Allen

If you like to sing, please give us a call, we need both male and female voices!  The Swedish Museum Singers like to distinguish themselves by learning and performing native Swedish folk songs. The choir performs annually for the Christmas and Valborg celebrations.  Ability to read music and speak Swedish is helpful, though not a requirement.  All of our concerts are performed in Swedish thanks to the hard work and dedication of our members. The rehearsals provide a friendly social environment in which we strive toward excellent music-making!  We have weekly rehearsals at the American Swedish  Historical  Museum (ASHM),  located at 1900 Pattison Avenue in Roosevelt Park, Philadelphia.

If you are interested in joining us, or if you have questions about the choir, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly* or via the American Swedish Historical Museum (215-389-1776). Or Email: Christina Gravdahl   E-Mail: Cgrvdhl@msn.com
