I have never shopped online before. What is the overall process?
Shopping online is becoming easier and safer to do everyday. All of our transactions are handled through paypal services, which are among the most secure online ordering systems in the world. Your private info and CC number will be kept secure at all times.

To shop, browse through our online product catalogue and simply click on the thumbnail images to view a window with a larger pic, pricing information and product description. If you decide to purchase the item, you can click the appropriate button (depending on your shipping location) to buy it. You will be redirected to a secure paypal page to enter your transaction info and have an opportunity to select your skateboard deck color choice. Once you submit the transaction details you will receive a confirmation E-mail. Then, once the information is received and the payment is processed, the product will be shipped to you promptly. To continue shopping simply click another thumbnail image and repeat the process. Any questions or tracking requests of orders can be submitted to sweetride1_1@yahoo.ca and a representative will reply as soon as possible. Your sweetride should be arriving shortly afterwards! (Within 5-7 business days)

What is your return policy?
Our return policy is similar to those of most other websites: All returns must be received within 30 days of the date that payment is received. Therefore please contact us as soon as possible if you detect an error or indiscrepancy with your invoice. Return claims which are authorized by an issued return number will receive store credit only. No refunds, exchange only.

Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes, it is quite simple. Sweetrides.ca will be collecting customer information in order to process and expedite their purchase and delivery of our products and improve upon our services to them. Sweetrides will NEVER share or sell your private information with any 3rd party for ANY reason, EVER.

How do I keep this board in good condition?
Every week or so, clean the bearings: Wipe with a towel and wipe down the trucks and deck.

How do I keep the sweet ride maintained?
Keep wheels at perfect tension: Every few days, check by shaking the wheels. If it is a little loose tighten to your preference until not shaking, for a smooth ride.

What happens if it breaks?
If something needs fixing e-mail us at sweetride1_1@yahoo.ca for support, if the problem can't be solved easily by this method, you can ship the board back to us for repairs. Fees for repairs are minimum $55 plus shipping to send the board to our repair shop and have it sent back afterwards as well as cost for parts if needed.
