1999 Winners
These awards were the very first ones given out by this program, which started in 1999. There are very few, as the design of the award changed, and very little people knew about this award at the time.

This is a limited-edition award that was only given out in the year 2000. Applicants were allowed to apply for it, along with the regular gold-silver-bronze-merit awards.
