Know Where To Look

This is definitely a rule in shopping especially when you’re talking about bargain shopping. To set one's eyes at the right store, at the right seller and at the right product. Seems difficult? I tell you, not at all! You just have to be patient in scanning and canvassing the right products at the lowest price.

You will find the cheapest clothes not in department stores (well, maybe if they’re on sale) but in (drumroll, please!!) tiangges. And, surprisingly, if you go to that mall behind De La Salle University, also know as Harrison Plaza, you’ll find cute, cheap clothes that are really really REALLY cheap.

There are clothes there that you’ll find in well-known shops and department stores around the Metro which are almost, if not the same quality. The thing is, if you buy from the tiangge, they are a WHOLE LOT CHEPAER (note the all caps). They have 3 for P100 tank and spaghetti strap tops, 2 for P180 dresses and P70 to P100 shirts to name a few.

You will also find other pieces of clothing there like jeans, jackets and even lingerie that come in different colors and sizes. You will also find accessories like necklaces, bracelets, earrings, anklets and watches to match your chosen outfit for the day.

If you’re planning to go on a tiangge shopping spree, make sure that you be really careful with your things because these places attract a lot of people. You also have to make sure that you know how to haggle because you might be able to persuade the lovely manangs to sell it to you at an even lower price. And, of course, always remember that you have to ‘know where to look’ for the cheapest yet good quality clothes.
