REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY In the case of a workshop being cancelled by Symphonic Workshops we will refund 100% of any payments made to date. Please note that Symphonic Workshops is not responsible for any portion of payments made by participants for air or ground travel. Please discuss this with your travel agent when you make your travel arrangement.s
In the case of cancellation by a participant enrolled in a workshop or
program: 1. 90 days or more - 100% refund of any payment made to date if written cancellation is received 90 days or more in advance of the arrival date of the particular event/workshop. 2. 90 days or less and 60 days or more written notice. All payments received to date less an administration fee of $250 will be refunded if written cancellation is received 60 days or more and 90 days or less in advance of the arrival date of the particular event. 3. 60 days or less. The full deposit amount will not be refunded. Any amount paid in excess of the required deposit will be refunded if written cancellation is received 60 days or less in advance of the arrival date of the particular event.
In the case of personal sickness a full refund will be made upon receipt of a written doctors note up to 60 days or more in advance of the arrival date of the particular event. If notice is received 60 days or less an administration fee of $250 will be held back. Any amount paid in excess of $250 will be refunded.
Service charges: Please note that all refunds will be calculated LESS any amount incurred by Symphonic Workshops in the processing of receipts and/or refunds. i.e bank service charges related to electronic transfers, service charges related to processing of credit payments/refund.
