The Syngenta gym is provided
for the benefit of its members. It is an unsupervised gym which provides
basic cardiovascular and strength equipment.
The Cardiovascular
equipment includes: Life Fitness™ treadmills, cycles, and cross trainers, and also Concept
2™ rowers.
The strength equipment comprises of a range of variable resistance systems, including: Smiths Machine, Cable cross-over, Lat pull-down, shoulder press, leg extension, etc, plus a selection of free weights.
The membership fee of £15 can be paid monthly by standing order, or by cash/cheque/card paid 3 monthly in advance. In addition a non-refundable payment of £20 will be charged for a gym access card. The membership card shall be for the personal use of the member only - an additional non-refundable charge of £10 will be made for any lost card.
Guest admission passes are obtainable for the fitness suite, from the bar, for the price of £5.00 per day.
All users of the gym are responsible for their own and other users health and safety. All gym users are required to act in a responsible manner and not abuse themselves, others or the equipment and fittings.
Membership of the gym also includes All Section Membership of the Syngenta Sports and Fitness Club, thereby enabling use of all the clubs social and sports facilities.

Sat & Sun 9.00am to
9.00pm
