Ani DiFranco has inspired me immensely. Her lyrics have touched me in a way few other artist's have. Her honesty shines through her lyrics that are, in my opinion, the highlight of her songs. I may be a relatively new fan but I'm more drawn to her older material. I also find her new material enjoyable and refreshing. Ani is a songwriter, a true artist. Her stories are incredible, inspiring, honest...she is undoubtedly a Righteous Babe.

I first heard Ani's music in June of 2000 after a friend of mine recommended the song "Two Little Girls." Two weeks and many more songs later, I was inspired to produce an Ani site of my own.

On September 19th 2000 I saw her perform in Tampa, FL and again in October of 2001. Before long my site was registered in numerous search engines and had expanded to heights I never thought possible when it launched on July 11th of 2000. Ironically, my trusty computer crashed on the night following its launch and every update done after then up until December 25th 2000 had been made while sitting in crowded public libraries for countless hours. The increasing number of visitors certainly makes it worthwhile. Comments via email are welcome, and if there is anything you'd like me to put on the site, don't hesitate.
