Lower League Doctrine
If you want to make your game of CM3 hard, no make that damn near impossible incorporate all of this into your game. I have strayed away from this myself these days, but the foundations of the doctrine are still kept to.

The famous (or infamous) Project X based on patch 3.965, gives an insight into the various lower league sides across the 26 leagues.

Contains the commentary file. Note that the last version had a slight bug where 1 in a 100 games the file would cause the game to crash. Despite numerous scanning of the file I am no closer to finding the fault.
