Season 4 Episode Reviews

1. SEX, LIES AND SECOND THOUGHTS
When Brian asks Ally to move in with him, she rushes to her therapist's office only to find a handsome young man, Larry Paul, unpacking boxes. Meanwhile, Cage defends a friend who wants to annul her marriage after finding her husband in the pool with a wet T-shirt model.

2. GIRLS' NIGHT OUT
Ally and the girls take control of their personal lives by creating the Cage & Fish Women's Bar Association, with their first order of business being a ploy to lure elligible men to the bar. Fish and Ling meet with a young woman, with a suprising secret, suing her employer for invasion of privacy.

3. TWO'S A CROWD

When Ally begins to date an older man named Michael, the girls warn her that he could have a heart attack while in the midst of passion. Ally's emotional state of confusion is increased when she also starts dating a younger man, coincidentally Michael's son. In the meantime, Mark admits to being head over heels in love with Cindy - even after discovering her dark secret.

4. WITHOUT A NET

Although both Elaine and Nelle urge Ally to date both father and son, the two men tell Ally she must choose between them. To make matters worse, Ally's insulting exchange of words with Kimmy, an old classmate from law school, leads to a defamation lawsuit against Ally, who must be defended by outside counsel, Larry Paul.

5. THE LAST VIRGIN
Having dumped Michael and Jonathan, Ally nervously prepares for her third date with Larry by watching an instructional "How To Kiss" video. Her anxiety is only heightened after Richard assigns her and Cage to defend Kimmy in a lawsuit against her employer, with Larry as opposing counsel.

6. 'TIS THE SEASON
Cage finds himself representing a local anchorman who made an on-air announcement that Santa Claus doesn't exist, while also gathering the courage to tell Kimmy to stop bringing her mother on all their dates. Meanwhile, Ally's holiday spirit is dampened when Larry admits that the reason he doesn't like holidays is because he has a 7-year-old son he rarely sees.

7. LOVE ON HOLIDAY
When Fish announces he's in an upcoming charity auction, Nelle and Ling dare each other to enter to see who will bring in the most money. Elaine has an announcement of her own: an ex-clerk from the office is suing her for sexual harassment. Cage finally breaks up with Kimmy after spotting her mother in disguise at the bar during one of their dates.

8. THE MAN WITH THE BAG
As everyone prepares for the big office holiday party, Nelle asks Cage for help after her father is fired from his teaching job for believing he is Santa Claus. Larry has also gotten into the Christmas spirit, but all that changes when his ex-girlfriend shows up at the office party saying that she wants them to get back together.

9. REASONS TO BELIEVE
Cage meets his match when the legendary Nicholas Engbloom asks him to represent a woman accused of driving over her boyfriend. The tricky part is that she suffers from Tourette's Syndrome, a condition that causes uncontrollable physical ticks and verbal outbursts. Cage is further surprised when Mrs. Engbloom shows up wanting a divorce.

10. THE EX-FILES
Indigestion is inevitable when John and Melanie, Ling and Richard, and Ling's ex-fiancé get together for dinner. Ally also has her hands full when Larry's ex-girlfriend, Jamie, returns with news that she's moving to Canada with their son. While Larry tells Ally he loves her, Ally fears their love will never erase his special connection with Jamie.

11. MR. BO
Ally is upset when Fish has her defend a PR firm being sued for firing its receptionist because she's not pretty enough; Fish also announces he's signed everyone up for a twist contest featuring Chubby Checker. While everyone is busy perfecting their dance steps, Cage meets Melanie's friend, Mr. Bo, a homeless man with a mysterious past, who suddenly starts stalking him.

12. HATS OFF TO LARRY
Ally meets a prospective new client, a 7-year-old seeking to sue his parents for emotional distress. The problem is, it's Larry's son. Cindy McAuliff shows up asking Fish to represent her in a bid to legally marry another man, and Nelle learns more than she wants to when she defends her client and lover, a sexy Latin dance star.
