Tala was/is a Russian Blader and was Boris's puppet in taking over
the world. He doesn't show much emotion other then anger and hate

But he is very good looking... put it shortly, he's sexy and cute
at the same time! ^-^ I dunno how anyone can be sexy and cute at the same time.
In some eppie's you'll notice he has a certain anger/hate/jealousy towards Kai.
