Newsroom May 16, 2006 I always think that sleep is the most important activity in our lives. We spend one-third of our lives in bed, but no one can really explain the necessity. I read an article in BusinessWeek, it mentions our sleeplessness costs us about $18 billion in lost productivity, $13 billion in motor-vehicle accidents. HOWEVER, those superhumans, like CEOs, investment bankers, astronauts, doctors may actuallly think that SLEEP can cost more. "When we spend more time in bed, we have less time to think and do things." "Hey com' on, there are stuff waiting for you to be finish. Don't be a slacker!", they say, "we cannot be laz'y!" "we need to be working hard all the time, we need to keep working." Well, I totally understand with what those superhumans are believing unless we were all dolphins. They shutter only half of their brains at a time, remaining half-awake when they sleep.
