| The Tower of London! Here is the ancient building portrayed in a misty sunrise. This watercolor was executed in the late 1800s by Herbert Menzies Marshall, RWS, who lived from 1841 to 1913. He was a lifetime resident of the London area and was Professor of Landscape Painting at Queens College. |
