Songwriter's Lyrics

This is the place where lyrics are showcased, sent in from songwriters from all over the web, Including myself. However there are a few guidelines which must be followed when viewing other peoples material:

1.) The material which is posted here is considered owned and/or copyrighted by the person(s) who has sent the material to me. I will not post any material which is authored by someone and is sent to me by his/her "friend, family, girlfriend, boyfriend, dog, cat, etc..." Only with the authors permission will I post such material, and at my discretion.

2.) This website is dedicated to let amateur writers share expressions and ideas with fellow writers and musicians. The lyrics showcased at this site are intended for inspiration to other writers/musicians who have trouble with writing, and to examplify different techniques and styles seen and used by other writers/musicians. THEY ARE NOT TO BE USED AS ORIGINAL MATERIAL FOR YOURSELF!! Whether it be titles, verses, choruses,etc...

I will not stand for any sort of plagerism!! If you are interested in the use of such material, either e-mail me for the correct procedures on how to be able to use another authors material or e-mail the person personally. If you can't write your own songs, we'll help you do it! That's what this page is here for, and why people submit their own material.

3.) If you do see anyone else use or partly use someone elses material posted here please notify me immediately. Or if you suspect the material posted here is yours and someone else has submitted it under false pretense, also notify me and I will see it is taken care of appropriately.

4.) I will post everything I recieve and deem to be original. However I'm sure instances will arrive in which some material will be considered "profane". This being America, the choice is yours whether you want to view such material. If you don't like what you read there is a back button on your browser. I don't tell people what to write their songs about, and I will not critisize or take off a song because someone doesn't like the lyrical content. Eventually I will catagorize songs by genre. But for now it will be face value.

5.) Enjoy ;-) Take the time to look over all the songs you can, and e-mail me with a response.

Tell me if you liked the lyrics, chorus, title, etc. I will post remarks as I recieve them, including remarks about my own lyrics. Also if you'd like to e-mail the author, do so. It's nice to get feedback from everyone.

The song writing corner of this web pages was primarily done by me, Jason. But the entire web page is managed by a good friend of mine, Hans, as well as myself. Him and I do not always share the same tastes however. Hans is a poet. Rhythm is very important to him and he expresses it through poetry. I have often told him that alot of his poetry would work well as song lyrics, as rhythm is very important to music. Please feel free to check out his work too. You can do so by clicking here.
