The minimum age for a parachuting is 16, with the maximum for a tandem being 70. Anyone under 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian. Anyone over 40 must have a parachute medical certificate signed by a doctor.
These, and self declaration forms will be posted to you prior to commencing the training course.
The forms for fitness are self declaration and have a list of conditions. If anyone has suffered from these conditions then they will need the form signed by their local G.P.

It only requires about 30 minutes training by a highly professional instructor before you are ready to jump.
