	Strangers was absolutely brilliant, and I think that's why it had to be cancelled.  My personal theory is that asinine shows are more condusive to brainwashing their viewers because they induce a vapid sort of passivity.  The laugh track prompts you to laugh, and you chuckle along like lemmings.  Suddely, you find yourself wanting to buy processed meat and feminine deodorant spray.  Strangers, on the other hand, was so genuinely funny, creative, and daring that it undermined the comotose state necessary for social control, and advertisers were not getting good returns on their investment.   It had to be destroyed. It was only a matter of time.
