MOSH was Paul's stage show that he wrote after the Doug Anthony Allstars broke up. He performed it alongside six dancers at the Adelaide Fringe Festival and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in 1996. It won the Pick of the Fringe in Adelaide, but received bad reviews at the Melbourne Festival.

It was mainly songs, with no backing music or instruments, just sounds made with the voices onstage. It was interspersed with pieces of spoken word by Paul, mostly about drugs and sex.
