01. First Blood *rw (during 'Pangs' in Buffy's 4th season) - After battling the Chumash spirit, Angel feeds his Vitae to a starving Spike before returning to L.A. Note: this is a re-write of the first part of Kizmet's excellent fanfic, 'Alone Together' -- without the consequences described there.
02. Dear Boy *b (during 'Restless' -- the 4th season-ending episode in Buffy) - After 'Primeval', Spike flees to L.A. for awhile, where Angel rescues him from being group-raped by a human gang. They end up in bed, and Spike willingly gives himself into Angel's power again.
03. Choices and Chances (during summer break 2000, up to 'Buffy vs Dacula', the 5th season opener in Buffy) - Spike spends the summer in L.A., using Oz' (actually Doyle's) apartment, who goes on a 3-month-gig with the Wolfpups. Unbeknownst to Cordy and Wesley, Angel and Spike start mending their relationship. At the end of September, however, Spike -- not wanting to become dependent on his Sire again -- returns to Sunnydale.
04. Back to the Fold (during 'out of My Mind' in Buffy and 'Untouched' in Angel) - After the failed attempt of getting rid of his chip, Spike flees to his Sire once again. He tells him about Dracula's visit (they both now it wasn't Dracula, actually), then thesy have sex -- and a serious heart-to-heart. Finally, Spike agrees to return to Sunnydale and watch the Hellmouth for Angel, who can't leave his city. Angel calls Giels to warn him that Spike is not to be hurt, unless they want him to let out Angelus to play in the town.
05. Family Reunion *rw (during 'Into the Woods' in Buffy and 'Reunion' in Angel) - After revealed Riley's sucking addiction to Buffy,.Spike flees to L.A. again. There he's excited to learn that Dru has returned, but seeing her with Darla makes him stay away from her. Instead, he visits Angel, who's just fired the Fang Gang; first, they have a big fight, then end up in bed again. See: Sanctuary
06. Enough Is Enough (during 'I Was Made To Love You in Buffy, up to 'Disharmony' in Angel) - Becoming fed up with the Scoobies behaviour toward him, Spike moves permanently to L.A. He helps Angel defeat the Skilosh demons amd Lindsey and makes friends with the local Brujah. He only goes back to Sunnydale for a visit when he learns about Joyce Summers' death. See: The Joining
07. Conversation in the Crypt* (after 'Intervention' in Buffy's 5th season) - After having been brutally tortured by Glory, Sister Grace finds Spike abandoned in his crypt (the Scoobies don't know he actually lives in the old mansion, so they've simply dumped him onto the coffin). Seeing his horrible shape, she calls Angel -- and gives a visiting Buffy a piece of her mind!
08. The Confession * (follows 07. immediately) - Being daytime, Wesley drives Angel to Sunnydale. Angel explains him his relationship with Spike, confesses his attraction to Wesley and explains why Wesley and him could never become lovers.
09. In the Watcher's Kitchen * (follows 08. immediately) - Sister Grace and Giles -- who, once again, took in a slowly healing Spike -- talk about the relationship between Angel and Spike. The nun warns Giles that if Spike should get harmed, there would be no limits for Angel's vengeance trip.
