                                     Built by Ratster

The Arcanum Character Planner allows you to select a race, 

and background (if desired), you can alter stats and skills 

using your 5 initial character points (CPs). And you can 

level up your characters now, and see the affect of your 

initial choices, as well as spend CPs gained from leveling. 

You can also purchase spells and schematics. 

Characters may also be saved to a text file.
