acrylic, and ink on unstretched canvas. These paintings are based on the major arcana (the first 22 cards of the
tarot).

My main source information on the Tarot was the writings of A.E.
Waite. His summary of the Tarot best sums up my goals in making these paintings- The Tarot embodies symbolical presentations of universal
ideas, behind which all the implicits of the human mind,and it is in this sense that they contain serect
doctrine, which is the realization by the few of truths embedded in the consciousness of all
