- Kathleen has admired the work of Erich Rock for many years.
He does wooden carvings, drawings, and mixed mediums equally
well. Most of his work is three-dimensional: wood, leather,
feathers, rope, paint and bones. He also designs and builds
very useful grocery carts; makes and remakes objects like
lamps, hutches, and chairs.
His work is powerful, archetypal and unique. One morning while
looking over Erich’s work, Kathleen realized she was looking
at original depictions of the Major Arcana! What began as
light-hearted fun quickly turned into a serious contemplation.
