Pease pudding and duck

Has anyone got a recipe for 'pease pudding and duck' and 'tea cake'? Everytime I visit the UK I have toasted tea cake in Saltburn and I have pease pudding and duck in Stockton. I would love both of these recipes. Thanks!

Joan Ranger, Otara, New Zealand

When I was a small boy there used to be a pease pudding and duck shop a few doors down the street from our house and shop at 176 York Road. We had this wonderful delicacy for noon dinner once a week.

Yorkshire Pudding

As a child we had Yorkshire most Sundays. My Nan could make it with her eyes closed, all crispy and that. My wife has tried many times without success to make the bloody things rise (excuse my French!). Is there anybody out there who can tell me the secret of making Yorkshire Pudding? It will be much appreciated.
