Homemade Oreo Cookies

2 large boxes chocolate Devils Foodcake
1 cup oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix by hand. Roll in hand into balls. Place on greased pan. Bake at 350F. When ready, dough will be puffy and start to crack (10-15 minutes). They will flatten as they cool. Pair them up according to size and add icing filling.

Cream Cheese Icing (filling)

1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla

Whip ingredients, adding 2 to 4 cups of icing sugar.
