
Kim's Scalloped Potatoes
I claim these scalloped potatoes, made by my friend Kim for a bunch of
us at Thanksgiving, are the best I've ever tasted.
6 medium thinly sliced potatoes
1/4 cup diced onions (or some onion powder)
1/4 cup celery leaves
2 sprigs parsley
3 tbsp flour
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1-2 cups grated, sharp cheddar cheese (let's go with 2)
dash of paprika
Blend everything, except potatoes, 1/2 of cheese and paprika. Slop on
top of potatoe slices in a casserole dish. Bake at 350F for 50 minutes.
Oh, my mouth is watering.
