1 tbsp butter
1 tsp flour
1 1/4 cups milk
1 can cream corn (350-400ml)
pinch of salt
worcestershire sauce
tabasco sauce
pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour. Add milk gradually
to form a smooth paste. Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Add remainder
of ingredients and season to taste.
