TRAVEL

Getting to Dublin:
The easiest way to travel to Dublin from within Europe is with Ryanair. Flight information and prices can be found at www.ryanair.ie

If you prefer travel by boat, we recommend Irish ferries at www.irishferries.com

Upon arrival in Dublin by ferry or plane, transfer to the the city centre and Trinity College is very easy. The Air Link 747 bus service runs every few minutes to Dublin city centre from Dublin Airport. It is a 20 minute journey and costs 5 Euro. Once arriving at the Bus Aras station in the city centre, Trinity College is a short walk just across the river Liffey. Click here for a map of the city centre. Taxis at the airport are also an inexpensive and convenient option.

If you are arriving by ferry at Dun Laogharie or Rosslare, you can take a commuter train to Dublin city centre. Dun Laogharie is just a 15 minute train journey away on the DART service. A one way ticket will cost approximately 1 Euro 20.
