Mr. Clark holds a Bachelors of Science (Purdue University) and a Masters of Science

(U.C. Berkeley) both in the field of Electrical Engineering and has over 20 years of

experience in business and technology analysis and design.

He has served as a member of the board of directors for the Parlay Group.

He has been a session chairperson and invited speaker at a number of conferences

including Supercomm, VON, OSS Global Summit, and the NTA.

He was a Distinguished member of technical staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories and

Lucent Technologies and was responsible for defining the technical characteristics

of AT&T's and Lucent's Intelligent Network (IN) product line. He has done design

and planning work in the areas of 5ESS switch architecture evolution, IN hardware

and engineering, IN release planning, high speed packet technology (e.g., VoIP)

and high speed protocols.
