1/02 just fixed bug in checkGeuss not setting msg.ISMiss when guess is out

4/30/02 added the ability to save performance and series rating data, sample
files
are PerformanceRating.dat; Program has played over 100K games so that the
chance of bugs are slim.
4/17/02 Head to Head combat was not printing correct moves when fDetails=true
