Reading a WOTC chat this morning, and during it, it clearly stated that after Neo: Destiny is released, the next set will be E-Card, not VS. All the rumours are true! Plus, this also means, that practically the only way ever to see Poke`mon Web cards in English will be in Promos, I doubt bringing out a set on it. Here is what was said in the chat.

The newest Japanese promo has been delivered to fans, a coro-coro Rapidash card compatible with the E-card transfer pak was featured in the December editon. There is a nice picture here.
