This production was held on the 14,15
& 21, 22 March 1998. It was the company's first effort and proved a great
success with the critics and audience. It augured well for the future and
made Teatru Menz believe in itself.
Iz-Zjara
This Maltese production was held in June 1998. Teatru Menz performed this play in a competition that was held as part of the activities organised when Valletta (the capital of Malta) was made European Cultural Capital. The production placed first in the competition.
The Elephant Man
This production was held on the 1, 2 & 7, 8, 9 May 1999. It included a large cast with many new-comers. All did their best to give a well-orchestrated performance that included clowns, a fire-eater, live singing and a violin player.
Faust
Goethe's Faust was held on the 27, 28, 29 August 1999 at Dock No.1 in Cospicua. This was a presentation by Taetru Menz in collaboration with the German Maltese Circle to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of Goethe's birth.
Raging Bull
Goethe's Faust was held on the 11, 12, 18 and 19th November 2000 at the MITP, St Christopher Street, Valletta.
