• Margaret Bakish Ontario record in 400 IM. Tech records in 200 Fly and 400 IM. Finished top 10 in four events
• Graeme Barber Tech record in 400 IM Finished top 10 in one event
• Wendy Buckner Tech record in 50 Free
• Michael Heath-Eves Ont records 100,200 Free. Tech records in 50,100,200 Free. Finished top 10 in one event.
• Paull Leamen Ont records in 400,800 Free.Tech records in 400,800 Free
• Tracey McIlwaine Tech records in 50,100,200 Free, 50,100 Back
• Vello Mijal Tech record in 100 Breast

Relays

• Pat Angus and Pat Niblett were on Can and Ont record women's Free Relay.
• Mens 240 Free. Can record Jim Wright
• The second team with Paull Graeme and Mike Olsen also broke the record
• Men 240 Med Can record Jim Wright
• The second team with Mike Heath-Eves and Paull Leamen also broke the record
• Men 280 Free Can record with Mike Heath-Eves

Some thoughts on Nationals

Technosport sent a large very dedicated team to Nationals. Each and every swimmer did their best according to their personal circumstances. The feeling on the deck with everyone cheering and encouraging each and every swimmer is what make ours such a great club. The relays were great fun with everyone swimming in many relays. A great job done by all.

Highlights of the meet

• Louis David Bonneau did a Canadian record in the 200 IM
• Two relay teams 160+ 4x 50 Med (Gerry Parrenti, Scott Dick, Tomas and Stepan Oliva) and the 120+ 4 x 50 Free (Gerry Parrenti, Louis David Bonneau, Scott Dick and Stepan Oliva) did Canadian records
• Paull Leamen did OR records in 200 Free, 400 Free, 800 Free and 1500 Free. Mike Heath Eaves also broke the same records and these two plus Mike Olsen all broke the Tech records in the same events.
• There were 87 Tech records broken!!!! The women did 30 while the men did 57.
