We are off to a great start with a
very focused group of athletes.
Please read the following carefully
so that you know when to go to swimming, running and spinning.
Download and open the
Technosport Integrated
Training Schedule and Personal Training Log for 2008-2009.
The schedule is set for the year but
if there is a change you will be notified in plenty of time.
The personal training log allows you
to chart time and kilometres for each day, week, month and year for
swim, run, cycle, weights and other activities.
Swim Practice Notes:…you can
only swim the practices for which you have signed:
- If you have signed up for the
5:30-6:30AM Monday, Wednesday and Friday early session…you may
only attend those sessions plus the Tuesday, Thursday and
Saturday sessions.
- If you have signed up for the
6:30-7:30AM Monday, Wednesday and Friday late session…you may
only attend those sessions plus the Tuesday, Thursday and
Saturday sessions.
- You may attend either 5:30 or
6:30 morning swim session if you pay $69.00…only 5 spots left.
- You may attend both 5:30 and
6:30 morning swim session if you pay $149.00…only 5 spots left.
Special Start Date Notes:

Saturday swim practice is 7-8AM but beginning October
18 it changes to 6:30-8AM.
- Skills and Drills begins October
9.
- Regular Spinning begins October
19.
- Endurance Spinning begins
November 23.
- Running group is every Monday
night.
